If you are a young person and you pull out your hair or pick your skin, you are not alone. You and MILLIONS of other people share these problems. TLC is a non-profit organization devoted to helping you.
You will find answers to a lot of your questions on this website. You can learn about treatments that might help, read success stories, buy books and videos, find online chat groups, and learn about local support groups - or how to start your own. We hope you will join us at one of the local events we hold all across the country - they are a great way to meet other young people coping with these issues.
If you can't find what you need on this website, please contact us. And becoming a Member of TLC is an important way to get even more information and to stay in touch with the trich and skin picking communities.
