Rates, Continuing Education Credits and Cancellation Policy


Attendance rates for TLC members are:

First person: $290.00
Additional Persons: $260.00


Non Members, add $50.00 per person.

Attendance fees include light continental breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday, refreshment breaks and an elegant buffet dinner on Saturday evening. A variety of local dining options are available for lunch on your own on Saturday.

Partial Attendance, Partial Scholarships, and Payment Plans: As the conference is such a special event, we encourage you to attend as much as possible. However, if you are only able to attend for a short period of time, please contact the office directly for limited attendance rates.

Generous contributions from TLC donors have established a partial scholarship fund for those needing financial assistance. A limited number of Partial Scholarships will be available, as are Payment Plans. Please call the office at 831-457-1004 or email info@trich.org for more information.



CEUs: This program is sponsored by the Behavior Therapy Center of Greater Washington (Silver Spring, MD) and the Trichotillomania Learning Center, Inc. (Santa Cruz, CA). The Behavior Therapy Center is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. The Behavior Therapy Center maintains responsibility for the portions of the program offering continuing education. or LPCs & LCSWs, these credits should meet your licensing Board requirements. If you have any questions, please check with your own agency for verification before registering to receive continuing education at the conference.

CEU fees are $40.00.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing via email, mail or fax. Voice-mail messages are not valid or accepted.
Cancellation deadline dates are as follows:

Before March 25, 2008: TLC will cancel your registration and issue a refund of paid registration fees, minus a $25.00 processing fee.

Before April 11: TLC will cancel your registration and issue a refund of paid registration fees, minus a $60.00 late cancellation-processing fee, regardless of the reason for the cancellation (including medical emergencies).

Before April 18: No refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for the cancellation (including medical emergencies).

TLC cannot make exceptions to this policy, as we must prepay most meeting expenses.
